The hotel had a convenient location near public transport. the room cleanliness was excellent. I found it spacious for a family of three. the view from the room of the city was really good!

the breakfast experience was subpar, i waited up to twenty minutes one morning for entry. there were only two coffee machines for the entire breakfast area. this created long queues.

The rooftop onsen offered a good way to end the day after sightseeing.

The room had nowhere to put two suitcases despite being large and the bathroom area had terrible lighting. I found this frustrating. There was also no English TV, a major oversight for a hotel of this supposed caliber. The hotel clearly doesn't give consideration to the needs of its guests.

I enjoyed the hotel's modern design. The onsen was relaxing with city views. I used the gym and appreciated the available equipment. It was well kept. The hotel provided comfortable pyjamas, which I found convenient.
