fantastic hotel!

spacious rooms enjoyable view open-air bath

The rooms are spacious. I really loved the floor-to-ceiling windows! the fitness center was also pretty good, and the view from the 31st floor really made working out more enjoyable. the open-air bath is awesome experience. Sitting outside overlooking the city skyline at 1 am is something i will remember!

the hotel seemed busy at times, and i sometimes had to wait a bit for the lifts.

The breakfast buffet offers lots of choice. The seats overlook the skyline while eating, it is a fantastic view. the food was AMAZING!!! the quality of the ingredients was fresh and premium.

the room was very spacious for standards here. i found the shower, sink, and toilet being separate very convenient. the floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of the city. the pjs were also awesome!

the hotel has a fitness center with adequate equipment for a good workout. the laundry was very useful for freshening up my clothes during this trip. the onsen and sky spa is something else!

Check-in and check-out were easy and efficient. The staff was friendly. the hotel provides great washing facilities linked to the tv, very useful. i was very impressed with the customer service.

sky spa stole my heart!

The sky spa made this hotel stand out. It was very nice! the staff were helpful! the location was perfect and so convenient. i loved the immaculate room on the top floor. It felt luxurious!

Finding the hotel reception was a little tricky. I wish there was clearer signage.

The hotel had a convenient location near public transport. the room cleanliness was excellent. I found it spacious for a family of three. the view from the room of the city was really good!

the breakfast experience was subpar, i waited up to twenty minutes one morning for entry. there were only two coffee machines for the entire breakfast area. this created long queues.

terrible lighting english tv

The rooftop onsen offered a good way to end the day after sightseeing.

The room had nowhere to put two suitcases despite being large and the bathroom area had terrible lighting. I found this frustrating. There was also no English TV, a major oversight for a hotel of this supposed caliber. The hotel clearly doesn't give consideration to the needs of its guests.

modern design relaxing onsen maintained equipment comfortable pyjamas

I enjoyed the hotel's modern design. The onsen was relaxing with city views. I used the gym and appreciated the available equipment. It was well-kept. The hotel provided comfortable pyjamas, which I found convenient.

I noticed the elevator wait times could be a little long during peak hours, though it never caused significant delays.
